Acceptance of terms
By using this website or booking a service through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — though we will be sorry to lose a pilot.
Services described
We provide community services for players of 1940 - Arcade Shooting Game: device setup, coaching, unlock planning, livery design, clan setup, tournament preparation, memberships, strategy guides, gift packs and events. Scope, price and turnaround for each service are listed on its page and confirmed in writing before payment.
Bookings and payment
- Bookings are confirmed by email once we verify scope and availability.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Payment is due before delivery unless a written arrangement says otherwise.
- Membership billing recurs monthly until cancelled.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, to own or control the game account involved in any advisory service, and to use our community spaces respectfully — no cheating tools, harassment or trading of accounts.
We never ask for your game password. Any service claiming to need it is not ours.
Scheduling and cancellations
Booked sessions may be rescheduled once free with 24 hours notice. Cancellations more than 48 hours before a session receive a full refund; inside that window the Refund Policy applies.
Community conduct
Event venues, our Discord and community channels operate under a simple code: respect other pilots, keep it legal, no cheating or exploits on stream. Breaches may result in removal without refund where behaviour is wilful.
Intellectual property
Materials we create for you — livery sheets, guides, charters — are licensed to you for personal and community use. You may not resell them as standalone products.
